This engaging class provides a safe environment for youth to learn various flex & contortion techniques including stretches, poses, balances, and partner acrobatics while focusing on backbends, handstands, forearm stands, and chin stands. Students will develop flexibility, strength, and body awareness, all while building confidence and fostering a positive relationship with their bodies.
