Liz Helminska
Liz (she/they) specializes in aerial silks, but also coaches: trapeze, lyra, rope, duos, and handstands.

She completed the Aircraft Circus academy’s full time intensive course in circus arts in London as well as the Professional Circus Arts Training program at Sellam’s circus school. Liz believes in creating a safe and fun learning environment that also pushes students to do their best and learn new things!



Thrive Movement Studio opened in the summer of 2014 and is a dream come true for Heidi Kirchofer Joel Melendez. It represents years of dreaming and scheming by the dynamic duo and lots of hard work by Heidi, Joel and Heidi's father Charles Kirchofer.
